    2)        Enhances the look of the area and the view along the street

    3)        Removal and improvement of existing boundary treatment

    4)        Design is consistent with the surrounding area

    5)        Garden size is manageable

RESOLVED – permission be refused for the reasons contained in the officer’s report.
