Two additional responses received objecting to the proposal on the same grounds as in the main report. No new issues raised.

Councillor R Allen, seconded by Councillor Roberts, proposed that permission be granted. Following further discussion, this motion was withdrawn.

Some members felt that a discussion should be held with the applicant in relation to issues with existing lighting on the building which had resulted in complaints from neighbouring residents prior to considering any application for additional lighting.
