Condition 3 is to be updated to:

3.      Prior to their installation full details of the solar canopies shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The solar canopies shall then be constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason:To ensure a satisfactory form of development in accordance with policies DM2, DM4 and DM10 of the adopted Site Allocations and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document  (2016) and policies H7 and ENV7 of the Desford Neighbourhood Plan (2021).

It was requested that a note to applicant be added to require semi mature trees be used as part of the tree planting scheme. It was moved by Councillor Bray, seconded by Councillor Flemming and

RESOLVED –

(i)            Permission be granted subject to the conditions contained in the officer’s report and late items;

(ii)          A note to applicant be added with regard to planting of semi mature trees;

(iii)         Determination of the final planning conditions be delegated to the Head of Planning.
