On the motion of Councillor Taylor and seconded by Councillor Crooks it was
RESOLVED – the application be refused in accordance with the officer’s recommendation.

Demolition of church hall and erection of four dwellings.
Minutes:
Application for demolition of church hall and erection of 4 dwellings.
Notwithstanding the officer’s recommendation that this application be refused, it was moved by Councillor Roberts that the Planning Committee would benefit from visiting the site to fully understand the proposals and the application should be DEFERRED for this purpose.
Councillor Taylor then proposed that the application be refused. In the absence of a seconder, this proposal was not put to the vote.
Councillor Cook seconded the proposal for DEFERRAL, which, upon being put to the vote, was CARRIED and it was therefore
RESOLVED – the application be deferred for a site visit.
