To provide an update to Members on the number of active and closed planning enforcement cases within the borough.

The committee received an update in relation to ongoing enforcement cases. In relation to the Good Friday site, it was noted that the court had not yet set a date for the trial for an injunction.

In relation to the former police station in Hinckley, it was noted that updated plans in relation to an application to regularise the breaches on the site were expected. Members expressed concern about the poor workmanship on the site.
