Appointment of Section 151 Officer To appoint a Section 151 Officer. Minutes: Members received a report which outlined the requirement to appoint a new Section 151 Officer. In response to members’ questions, it was confirmed that the recommended appointee was suitably qualified, had been acting as interim Deputy Section 151 Officer to cover maternity leave, and would retain the designation until the current Deputy 151 Officer returned from maternity leave. A member asked for the cost of the temporary appointment to be provided to him outside of the meeting. It was moved by Councillor Hall, seconded by Councillor Surtees and
RESOLVED – the appointment of Ashley Wilson to the statutory role of Section 151 Officer for Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council be approved. |
