It was moved by Councillor O’Shea and seconded by Councillor Boothby that the application be refused on grounds of over-intensification. Upon being put to the vote, the motion was LOST.
It was moved by Councillor Rooney and seconded by Councillor Sutton that the application be approved subject to the conditions contained in the officer’s report and an amended condition 6 to restrict delivery hours to 08:00 to 20:00. It was also requested that a note to applicant be added to ask them to encourage staff to park in the service yard and that non-solid (ie see-through) shutters be installed. RESOLVED – permission be granted subject to the conditions contained in the officer’s report and the abovementioned amendments to condition 6.
