166.	Apologies Minutes: Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf of Councillor DC Bill.
167.	Declarations of interest To receive verbally from Members any disclosures which they are required to make in accordance with the Council’s code of conduct or in pursuance of Section 106 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992. This is in addition to the need for such disclosure to be also given when the relevant matter is reached on the agenda. Minutes: No interests were declared at this stage.

PDF 107 KB Minutes: The Executive was presented with the Earl Shilton & Barwell Area Action Plan for endorsement before a decision being made by Council. On the motion of Councillor Bray, seconded by Councillor Witherford, it was RESOLVED – (i) The conclusions and recommendations of the Planning Inspector of the examination of the Earl Shilton and Barwell Area Action Plan be noted; (ii) Council be RECOMMENDED to adopt the Earl Shilton and Barwell AAP.
169.	Statement of Community Involvement PDF 37 KB View the background to item 169. Minutes: The Executive received the findings of the Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) consultation and informed of required modifications. It was moved by Councillor Bray, seconded by Councillor Witherford and RESOLVED – (i) The findings of the consultation on the Statement of Community Involvement be noted; (ii) The Statement of Community Involvement as modified be RECOMMENDED to Council for approval and publication.
