RESOLVED – the minutes of the meeting held on 25 June be approved and signed by the Chairman.

Report of the Deputy Chief Executive (Community Direction).

The Executive gave consideration to a report which outlined governance arrangements for the Charnwood Forest Regional Park (CFRP) and the associated Action Plan. It was noted that Cllr Williams was the HBBC nominated representative on the steering group. It was moved by Councillor Morrell, seconded by Councillor Ladkin and

RESOLVED – the permanent governance arrangements be approved and the action plan be agreed.

Report of the Deputy Chief Executive (Community Direction).

Members received the Environmental Health Commercial Services Enforcement Service Delivery Plan for 2015/16 as required by the Food Standards Agency and the Health & Safety Executive. It was moved by Councillor Morrell, seconded by Councillor Roberts and

RESOLVED –

(i)            The Environmental Health Commercial Services Enforcement Service Delivery Plan 2015/16 be approved;

(ii)           The achievements of the Environmental Health Commercial Service be endorsed.

The Corporate Sundry Debt Recovery Policy was presented to the Executive. It was noted that this was a refreshed policy which sat alongside the Anti-Poverty Strategy. It was moved by Councillor Surtees, seconded by Councillor Morrell and

RESOLVED – the Corporate Sundry Debt Recovery Policy be approved.
