Application for approval of reserved matters (layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access other than vehicular access) of outline permission (ref 22/00527/OUT) for residential development of up to 50 dwellings.

 

Concern was expressed that the roads should be built to adoptable standard on the site and officers agreed to raise this with the developer. It was also requested that a note be made that the open space should be offered to the parish council rather than residents having to pay a management company.

 

It was moved by Councillor Bray, seconded by Councillor Allen and

 

RESOLVED –

 

(i)            Permission be granted subject to the conditions contained in the officer’s report;

 

(ii)          Determination of the detail of final conditions be delegated to the Head of Planning.
