363.	Minutes PDF 40 KB To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 7 January 2015. Minutes: It was moved by Councillor Boothby, seconded by Councillor Cope and RESOLVED – the minutes of the meeting held on 7 January 2015 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman.
364.	Declarations of interest To receive verbally from Members any disclosures which they are required to make in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct or in pursuance of Section 106 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992. This is in addition to the need for such disclosure to be also given when the relevant matter is reached on the agenda. Minutes: No interests were declared at this stage.
365.	Decisions delegated at previous meeting The Deputy Chief Executive (Community Direction) to report progress on any decisions delegated at the previous meeting. Minutes: It was reported that all decisions delegated at the previous meeting had been issued, with the exception of application 14/00596/OUT which was still under negotiation with regard to the S106 agreement.

PDF 2 MB Minutes: It was moved by Councillor Lynch, seconded by Councillor O’Shea and RESOLVED – the application be refused for the reasons contained in the officer’s report.
