RESOLVED – the minutes of the meeting held on 24 May be confirmed and signed by chairman.

An amendment was moved by Cllr Sutton and seconded by Cllr Cartwright that authority be delegated to officers to continue negotiation on the S106 agreement, with the final agreement by a group of six members to be agreed by the chair and the opposition representative for planning. Upon being put to the vote, the amendment was CARRIED and it was

 

RESOLVED

 

(i)            planning permission be granted subject to completion of a S106 agreement and the conditions contained in the officer’s report and late items;

 

(ii)           negotiation of the details of the S106 agreement be delegated to officers, with the final decision on the terms of the S106 agreement delegated to a group of six members to be agreed by the chairman and the opposition representative for planning.

(ii)           the Chief Planning and Development Officer be granted delegated authority to determine the final terms of the S106 agreement, including trigger points, financial contributions and claw back periods.
