Apologies for absence were submitted on behalf of Councillors Bessant and Taylor, with the substitution of Councillor Boothby for Councillor Bessant and Councillor Mr Cope for Councillor Taylor authorised in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 4.

On the motion of Councillor Allen, seconded by Councillor Sutton, it was

RESOLVED – the minutes of the meeting held on 21 April 2015 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman.

No interests were declared at this stage.

It was reported that all decisions delegated at the previous meeting had been issued.

Application for partial demolition of, and extensions & alterations to, an existing dwelling and erection of two new dwellings, alterations to access and erection of a new boundary wall.

Whilst in general support of the application, which had been deferred at a previous meeting, members asked if signs could be erected to encourage drivers to slow down. In response it was explained that this could not be included as a condition but that officers would discuss with the County Council.
